Store in a cool, dry place. Balm may soften in warm temperatures—this is normal and does not affect effectiveness.

How do I apply the product effectively?

We recommend applying daily as needed, especially before walks in harsh conditions. Reapply after bathing or exposure to water, snow, or salt. For maintenance, apply 2-3 times per week to keep pads soft and protected.

How long does one jar last?
