All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Check your email for your tracking number. Can't find it? Check spam or promotions folders.

How can I track my order?

  • Track with your tracking number: Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to track your package directly on the courier's website.
  • Track with order details: If you can't find your tracking email, you can look up your order using your order number and email address.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian bank holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery issues

Tracking hasn't updated in several days?

If there's no update after 5 business days, email hello@bisoudog.com with your order number.

Tracking says delivered but you don't have it?

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members. If not located within 48 hours, email hello@bisoudog.com immediately. We remain responsible for your order until you receive it.

Package arrived damaged?

Save the packaging. Take photos of the box, products, and damage. Email hello@bisoudog.com within 5 business days with photos and your order number.

Missing items from your delivery?

Email hello@bisoudog.com within 5 business days with your order number and details of missing items.
