Bathe your dog every 4–6 weeks, or as needed:
1. Wet the coat thoroughly with lukewarm water (never very hot).
2. Apply shampoo — amount depends on coat length. Massage gently into the skin, avoiding the eyes and sensitive areas around the face.
3. Don't over-lather — just enough to cover the body and emulsify easily.
4. For medium or long coats, brush through with a dog brush before rinsing to lift any knots.
5. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear — no residue left behind.
6. Towel dry to remove excess water, then use a blow dryer on low heat at a safe distance from the skin.

Is it safe for frequent bathing?
Yes. The gentle surfactants and natural emollients are designed for regular use without drying or irritating the skin. For most small dogs, a bath every 4–6 weeks works well; for dogs prone to dirt or with skin sensitivities that benefit from a clean coat, more frequent washing is fine with this formula.

Does it really work as a conditioner, or just as shampoo with a softer rinse?
It works as both. The guar (Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride) is a natural conditioner that detangles and softens the coat during the rinse — the same family of ingredient used in human two-in-one formulas. For long or curly coats, you can still brush through during the bath to lift any knots before the final rinse.

Is it safe for sensitive skin and puppies?
Yes. The formula is hypoallergenic, pH-balanced for dog skin, and formulated to human cosmetic standards (CE 1223/2009). Suitable for sensitive skin, dogs prone to irritation, and puppies. For dogs with known allergies, patch-test on a small area first.
