Place the cover over the cooling pad and lay it flat on the floor, inside a bed, on the sofa, or in a car seat — wherever your dog naturally settles. The cooling activates from your dog’s body weight, with no preparation needed. Use indoors and away from direct sunlight for best performance. After around 3 hours of continuous use, allow 15–20 minutes off the pad to recharge automatically. Wash the cover when needed and wipe the pad clean with a damp cloth.
