Puzzle Lick Mat – Brown

Some dogs finish a snack before you've put the spoon down. We selected Furlou's Puzzle Lick Mat – Brown for a multi-layered pattern that turns their usual soft food into something to work through. Spread it into the surface, then let them work through it. The silicone mat goes in the dishwasher afterward.

Perfect for: dogs who enjoy licking soft food, a snack between meals, and an activity with a simple cleanup.

• Silicone construction
• Multi-layered pattern for spreading soft food
• Filling can be frozen to extend the activity
• Dishwasher safe
• Width: 28 cm. Height: 2.5 cm

Spread a small amount of your dog's usual wet food into the pattern. Start with an unfrozen filling; once they understand the activity, you can freeze the filling for a longer session.

For puppies, use their usual puppy food. Count the filling toward their daily food allowance. Always supervise, and remove the mat when finished or if your dog starts chewing it.

Silicone.

What makes the Puzzle Lick Mat different from a flat mat?
Its multi-layered pattern gives you different areas to spread soft food into. Your dog licks the food out of the pattern, rather than taking it straight from a bowl.

What can I put on a dog lick mat?
Start with your dog's usual wet food. Plain unsweetened yogurt or xylitol-free peanut butter are other options if your dog tolerates them. Keep extra treats within their daily food allowance.

Can I freeze the filling and put the mat in the dishwasher?
Yes, Furlou recommends freezing the filling to extend the activity. The silicone mat is also dishwasher safe. Wash it after each use, including inside the pattern.
