Open the zipper and place your dog inside on the faux fur lining. Clip the interior safety clip to your dog's harness D-ring (not collar). Close the zipper most of the way, leaving the head opening accessible if your dog wants to look out. Carry by the wide straps over the shoulder. Use the exterior pocket for treats, waste bags, keys, or phone.

Wipe the exterior clean with a damp cloth. Spot-clean the faux fur lining with mild soap and water. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron. For the cream colourway: wipe down small marks early to keep the canvas looking fresh.

Will my dog fit?
The interior is 40 × 23 × 28cm — sized for small dogs up to about 7kg. Best fit for Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Toy Poodles, small Shih Tzus, and Bichon Frisés. For deep-chested or longer-bodied dogs near the 7kg upper limit, measure your dog's length (chest to base of tail) against the 40cm interior length before ordering.

How do I keep my dog safe inside the bag?
The interior includes a 25cm safety clip — clip it to your dog's harness D-ring (not collar) before zipping the bag closed. The head opening lets your dog look out without the option to jump out. Always carry the bag upright with the zipper closed.

Is the canvas actually waterproof?
The exterior canvas resists rain and light splashing — fine for a normal city walk in light rain. For heavy rain or sustained downpours, cover the bag or get under shelter. Wipe down with a damp cloth after wet walks to keep the canvas in good condition.
