Wipe clean inside and out with a damp cloth. Spot-clean the settle mat separately. Do not machine wash. Air dry if needed, away from direct heat. Wipe the matte gold hardware dry after wet weather to maintain finish.

Will my dog fit?
The interior is 47 × 22 × 32cm — sized for small dogs up to approximately 7kg. Best fit for Chihuahuas, Toy Poodles, Pomeranians, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Bichon Frisés, and Cavapoos. Measure your dog's length from nose to base of tail when lying down — they should be able to sit or lie down inside without compressing.

Is the carrier safe with an open top?
The carrier has an open top — your dog can sit up and look out as you walk, which most dogs prefer over a fully closed bag. Use with a secure harness and supervise closely during transit, especially in crowded spaces or near roads. Designed for daily ground use, not for cabin air travel.
