Drape over the sofa where your dog naps, lay flat in a basket or bed, or fold into a carrier or car seat for travel. Flip the blanket seasonally — faux fur up in cooler months, beige fabric up in warmer ones. Or flip based on the room: ivory fur for the bedroom, beige fabric for the living room sofa.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Store folded when not in use, fabric-side out, to preserve the faux fur loft.

Which side should I use when?
Faux fur up for cooler nights and winter — it traps body heat and feels insulating against the coat. Beige fabric up for warmer days and summer — it's smoother, breathable, and doesn't add warmth. Some dogs settle on a preference and stick to it; others switch with the room temperature.

How does it hold up to washing?
Machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat — don't tumble dry, as heat flattens faux fur. Don't iron or bleach. The faux fur side keeps its texture best when shaken out gently after drying rather than brushed flat.

Will the faux fur shed?
A small amount of loose fiber may release in the first one to two washes — normal for faux fur and not a defect. After that, the blanket settles. For dogs who knead heavily, fingertip-test the fur for any loose fibers before letting them sleep on it.
