Bathe your dog every 4–6 weeks (or as needed):
1. Wet thoroughly with lukewarm water (never very hot)
2. Apply shampoo — amount depends on coat length. Massage gently into skin, avoiding eyes and sensitive areas around the face
3. Don't over-lather — just enough to cover the body and emulsify easily
4. Detangle (if needed) — for medium/long coats, brush through with a dog brush before rinsing to remove any knots formed during washing
5. Rinse thoroughly — no residue left behind
6. Towel dry well to remove excess water, then use a blow dryer on low heat at a safe distance
